Tasting Experiences

We are professionals specialised in Sensory Tasting Experiences. Our work is based on scientific literature that shows that flavour perception is not only controlled by your tongue or by smells. What you hear, see and touch will help define your Final Tasting Experience.

We produce show cases involving foods and drinks (mostly wine, beer and chocolate). Here, our participants have the opportunity to understand, in a friendly way, how our mind works when we are tasting. With such information, we intend to provide inspiration that our customers can use in the future, in order to enhance their own food/beverage experiences.

The immersive audiovisual events that we offer are fully customisable and flexible. Regardless the profile and the amount of participants (companies, bars, private groups, events, etc.), we are able to provide a fully personalised high-end service.

Our goal is to go beyond the scientific aspects that we bring to the table, in order to have a relaxed and joyful moment together, among friends.

Felipe Reinoso Carvalho is a PhD researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB), and University of Leuven (KU Leuven). His work assesses how our senses - especially sound - can enhance gustatory experiences.

Peter Passos is a professional in Communication and International Relations. He dedicates his time between arts and events curation.
